OBLO combines end-to-end software solution for IoT (cloud service, hub/edge software and mobile clients and SDKs) with wide range of engineering services with main goal to offer their customers all-in-one IoT platform.

In 2010 our team started with a big mission – to make everyday life easier. The first idea was to provide solution for remote control of lights which is why we kicked-off development of a simple point solution for lighting control. Start of a still ongoing partnership with Aling-Conel, regional leader in production of safe electrical installation solutions. Certification and launch of point solution for lighting control in real estate developers market segment. Development of whole-home solution for smart home comprised of gateway device, cloud service and Android/iOS mobile clients. First deployments of OBLO smart home end-to-end software solution for Schwaiger (distributor in DACH region), TELE System (distributor in Italy) and real estate developers in Ex-Yu.

Release of OBLO smart dimmer and smart plug. First telco contracts.

Release of OBLO Living multi-protocol (ZigBee, Z-Wave, IP) smart home hub. Launch of smart home inside Android STB for Telekom Slovenije.
First utility contracts.
Release of OBLO smart outlet. Release of highly scalable and available cloud.

Industrial IoT gateway development.

Release of OBLO smart shutter. Deployment of OBLO IoT platform for industrial IoT.

Deployment of OBLO WISE technology.

Release of virtual IoT GW. Launch of smart appliance service based on:
